Kullanım Şartları

fastread uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Lisans
Size Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya izinsiz dağıtamazsınız.
2. Hesap
Bazı özellikler hesap oluşturmayı gerektirir. Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız altındaki etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
3. Ücretlendirme
- fastread ücretsizdir. Tüm özellikler açıktır; uygulama içi satın alma veya abonelik bulunmaz.
- İleride ücretli bir plan sunulursa, satın alma yalnızca Apple'ın uygulama içi satın alma altyapısı üzerinden yapılır ve koşullar burada güncellenir.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde veya hizmeti aksatacak biçimde kullanamazsınız. Eklediğiniz içeriklerin (belge, metin) haklarına sahip olmaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
5. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Okuma hızı sonuçları kişiden kişiye değişir; belirli bir performans garantisi vermeyiz. Uygulama tıbbi veya profesyonel tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

By using the fastread app ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or distribute the App without permission.
2. Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You can delete your account anytime from within the App.
3. Pricing
- fastread is free. Every feature is unlocked; there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
- If a paid plan is offered in the future, purchases will be made solely through Apple's In-App Purchase system and these terms will be updated accordingly.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, to violate others' rights, or to disrupt the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content (documents, text) you add.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". Reading-speed results vary by person; we make no specific performance guarantee. The App is not medical or professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
